Over RequiemZ - Review

 Genre: VN.
Developer/publisher: Kogado/Otomate.
Platform: switch.
Official Site: https://www.otomate.jp/over_requiemz/
Release date: 17-4-2025

I wasn't sure if I was going to get this game and it was literally a last minute decision
but I am glad I did because I ended up enjoying it more than I thought I ever would and it
had a pretty good story more so than a bunch of recent otomate games I played recently.
Also I could probably have finished this sooner rather than later however lately I don't
like it when I burst through games in a week but it lasted almost two weeks for me
so I slowed down my pace just a little bit, the game also is better with breaks
in between due to how intense the writing can be.

Pro's
- Interesting setting and complex characters.
- Mostly good pacing, atleast I thought fact side was.
- Gorgeous artwork, pretty consistent art.
- Beautiful music, I found it better than most of otomate's stuff.
- Replay value is high due to scenario split.
- You can completely ignore the dark side and get to enjoy the story with proper romance.

Grey area
- There's only one best ending, the other three are either bad ends, a tragic end or subjective good.

Con's
- Dorothy's route should've been locked.
- Most choices are meaningless except a handful that decided a branch or end.
 - Dark side can feel a bit drawn out, atleast one felt forced.
- The ending theme did not fit all the endings.

Over RequiemZ is loosely based on the wizard of oz.
The heroine Yuhiru gets isekai'd to a strange land and meets a bunch of guys
who are all convicted criminals alongside herself for reasons she doesn't get. The world
isn't quite like her own but she still recognizes elements here and there from it.
Due to her black hair and eyes, she is discriminated for it but she's not
the only one as one of the LI has suffered from it as well.
Yuhiru finds solace with a bunch of guys who like herself end up being charged for
crimes they didn't commit. The question remained of whether she can trust them or not.
This honestly feels like a breath of fresh air. Yuhiru sets out on a journey with them
which really felt like a journey btw, the characters also had good chemistry
but this was mostly the first 5 chapters before it focused more on the LI.
I loved the character interactions, there was a good dose of humor at times as well.
Even if they were criminals it didn't feel like they were bad atleast not at first
but you could tell there was another side to them so it was exciting to see how it'll play out.
I really loved how the writing could be rather intense, it was hard to get bored
and if I did zone out then the dialogue would snap me back into it.

Art looks gorgeous both sprite,CG and backgrounds are very well done.
Music Some BGM's were absolutely stellar I rarely praise this much but they deserve it!
It also set the tone of the scenes well and I like the OP a lot as well.

System; its a standard VN however  there's a route split for each character Fact and Dark
Depending on your choices you can tip the scales to either of those and get different endings
but other than that most of the choices were meaningless, it may change a dialogue line or two.
All the endings of which there were four per route were right at the end.
Yea the split sides basically are like this, yes.

Length; A single route would be 15 chapters in total, every guy had a sort of
common route/prelude which lasted for 5 chapters and then it splits into fact or dark
of which both are 5 chapters long.  Nothing seemed to drag on, I thought individually
chapters were short, it still delivered the scenario in a well-paced manner.
My first route was about 7-8 hours in length but depending on your reading
speed it may differ.  Its important to note that both sides are different in tone
from the other so you won't get the same experience twice.

I wasn't sure what was up with the choice system maybe that's to decide what ending you get
or if you can make it to the fact or dark. I used a guide so... i'm not sure if selecting a less
than good choice would result in a game over ending and I didn't have the energy to experiment.
Often there would be red choices, I thought that selecting the wrong one would give me
a bad end but the guide listed none. This game also only has four endings per route.
They were at the end so the bad ones felt more like you reap what you sowed.
Still I think some bad ends may've worked in a type of game like this since
most choices are actually pretty meaningless and add nothing of value except
the ones that decide the route split or the endings at the end of it.

I liked the general feel of the game but I had so many questions...
like why was the heroine summoned? isn't this judicial system too harsh?!
The early parts of trying to survive outside of the city reminded me of the dark dragon and
the happy hungry bunch from yona of the dawn. The first half of the game felt rather calm
but there were moments of suspense like do you tell a LI the truth of where you came from?
Anyway for the most part the game was very enjoyable, I wanted to get to know the LI
and perhaps more about the world... which was my main motivation to keep playing.
The characters were honestly pretty great, I wanted to know more
about them all, in good and bad ways. Its been a long time
an otome game got that kind of reaction from me.
They all had some sort of underlying trauma and it could seem like the heroine
is a therapist but I thought she was just trying to be a good friend
and a good friend listens to someone elses troubles and doesn't judge.
The fact route tended to resolve issues while the dark route let them fester.
In most other otome games I am like eh a yandere but this game did
not present them the usual way, more like they could become one.
Most of my questions were answered by the time of the final fact route.

The fact side pretty much felt like a normal otome game to me...
It focused more on the character development, backstory and current problem
as well as delivering some proper romance as Yuhiru grows closer to the LI.
The dark side reminded me of stuff rejet would come up with
and that would probably be for folks who like yanderes or something.
The main plot in dark took a different turn which... opened up other problems.
So even if you don't like rejet type stuff I could still recommend this game.
I personally thought it was a hit or miss as I could stand Claude's dark route
but Molly's... was a very oh no wtf is this shit?! momento.
I kind of wanted to skip them especially since I came to love Noil a bit too much
still I wanted to see all of his character so I bit the bullet againu.

Yuhiru was pretty okay? I did think she could have been fleshed out more
like she wants to go back home but... ends up finding a handsome man instead.😂
There's only one route where she is actually given a lot more backstory
so if you don't do it she can seem a little less interesting.
That aside I liked her interactions with the love interest and she was very positive and brave
so I don't think there was much to dislike. She goes through some shit alright
but the worst of it was mostly reserved for the dark side. Which is optional.
If Ceres crawled it was so Yuhiru could fly.

Over RequiemZ reminded me a little of 9rip but with more horror/suspense. I wouldn't say
it was on tsukihime/virche level but it had a good dose of violence and blood.
I think without the fact side this game would've been unsatisfying for me
and it may have even steered me away had I tried to do the darkside first.
Other than that it was character focused but most routes would never go into
the same problem twice maybe this was a double edged sword.
Unfortunately, while I was lucky enough to play the most spoilerific route last
otomate may've been better off locking it but it seems they forget
and I am blaming the guy in charge of management.😩
Locking Dorothy's route should've been a thing.

In most routes there were more bad outcomes than good ones, like one best end
a sad end and then two endings that I thought were generally leaning to the bad side
but they could be good in a subjective way.  In the case of Noil I think he had three
good outcomes and one bad but two of them  were really subjective and it would be up
to the player to determine that.  Each guy had 4 endings so two for each side, I think
there's a lot of appeal to this otome game though and I was invested quickly in whatever
was happening. The dark side of the route is probably what most are going to come here for
but I'd probably recommend to do the fact side first just for a better understanding
of the LI more so if you care about plot+romance.

--
TL;DR: Over RequeimZ was more well-rounded, it was just the right length
which was a relief since I think Fuyuzono really rushed itself.  Its just that one route
should've been locked. There was just enough time for both romance, plot/character
development but it can be really intense and can not seem very otome.
Looking at it overall the actual story/character's were really good and given a lot of depth
that I can forgive it. Whatever scenes there were with the LI were very enjoyable but don't come
here expecting only fluff. When I look at Noil's route it spends more time building trust...
however trust is the foundation for everything and without that there can be no love.
That is why I had no issues with romance. The fact side did feel to me like any other otome game
Its just that some characters had stuff going on in their dark route that legit made me go nope
so it certainly is not for everyone. There was a moderate amount of violence
and blood, I don't think it was as extreme as Virche. I also see comparisons
and I just don't see it?  Virche made me depressed, Over RequiemZ had me hooked and
despite the dark side being less than good I was excited to go to the next character fact route.
It has intense and suspenseful moments but it also makes room for more calmer ones.
Dark side tended to... have more extreme ends as opposed to the fact side
which just had a tragic and good end.  I thought at times the split sides also complimented
eachother, this was most obvious to me in Noil's maybe because I enjoyed the route.
Noil Bestia was one of my favorite LI along with Kaize&Claude.
I can recommend this otome, more so if you miss rejet-like games and want a story full of suspense.
If I have to be really honest, if you're just here for the story&romance just do the fact side.
I feel the dark side is there for people that like darker stuff, once again its contents is not for everyone.
9/10
Should this get localized? absolutely! there's definitely an audience for this
but even if it doesn't the language difficulty is fairly low.
Lastly, I don't recommend binging or rushing through this game.
Take your time, the scenario is carefully written and going too fast
will likely not make you be able to take it in or enjoy its finer aspects.

There are no route restrictions so you can choose whoever you're interested in.
For my first play I ended up choosing Claude... as I played the routes
it all was so character driven, if I had to recommend anything then you can do
Claude,Molly,Noil and Kaize in any order but Dorothy is best saved for last.
I almost by a hair chose him first and was glad I didn't.

This game is best played without spoilers and its very hard to write about the
characters without spoiling  so if you don't want that then stop reading here.
Its mostly just me doing commentary and a poor digest of whatever happened
while sharing some of my favorite CG's, not all of them of course.

My play order: Claude > Molly > Noil >Kaize > Dorothy.

Claude = Grain.
CV: Furukawa Makoto.
Claude is the shinigami of the group, I say because he has a scythe as one of
his lines when selecting his route he seemed to want it to be over with.
He's quite knowledgeable about plants among other stuff... other than that
Claude seemed like a good person, there was obviously more to him.
At first he seemed kind of indifferent but he was surprisingly kind?
Claude also enjoys teasing yuhiru... I loved the scene with the rings
and the story behind it, Claude joked around but then Yuhiru rolled with it.😂
He goes way back with Nenohs and due to a chain of events ended up as a murderer...
basically they researched a way that would transform/evolve humans.
One day his family ended up as monsters... Claude is deeply
traumatized by this because he ended up having to kill his own family.
This is all due to some sort of man-eating plant and a deranged Nenohs ran right into it...
leading to him gaining weird powers and for some reason he doesn't lose his mind.
Nenohs really did look up to him he was like a teacher. After I learned what happened
to him in the past I couldn't help but want to give Claude a hug.
He believes his life is a nightmare and wants it to end...
This is all due to some sort of man-eating plant and a deranged Nenoh's ran right into it...
leading to him gaining weird powers and for some reason he doesn't lose his mind
making him effectively the antagonist of the route and boy did he have ambitions.
Anyway the self-loathing was real with Claude because he harbors a lot of guilt over it all
even though he wasn't even fully responsible but it is what it is. Yuhiru tried to get him
out of it but it was a really tough route. It started out light but shit gets deep the whole
fact route is basically Claude coming to terms with his past and overcoming his trauma.
Yuhiri as well as Molly were very supportive but at one point I was like what are we your therapist?!
They try to come up with a way to deal with Nenohs and his mutation.
Claude was really thankful for her to come into his life, like a light in the darkness
it gave him a little bit of hope that he could lead a normal life again.
Its why the beginning of the route is important, it may have been silly but I liked it a lot
as it balanced out the heavier side of the route. Then her being there when he was
at his lowest having a breakdown makes him even more grateful.
The confrontation with Nenohs was well done, sure he has his reasons
for wanting to remake mankind but he's obviously doing it wrong.
The ''R'' in this ending stood for Remember me, at first it felt a bit too good to be true.
I was about as confused as Claude in this ending.. it seems he got stuck in dreamland
and Yuhiru managed to return to the waking world. Dorothy says he's long gone
and the stuff with  Nenohs is dealt with, they don't need to worry about persecution anymore.
Yuhiru would have liked to live together with him for a while longer...
Ending O was the happier outcome, they both make it out alive and Kaize informs them
Nenohs activities will be investigated and they're pardoned for their contribution.
Claude asked Yuhiru if she's not upset she can't return to her world but its no big deal
as long as she's with him. They walk in town and then Claude remembers the silly talk about
the ring they had... and then a bit embarrassed ends up giving it to her. This time he's serious.
It was funny seeing Claude confess but Yuhiru was a bit upset so she teased him
which just made Claude kiss her to shut her up. LMAO. The ''O'' stands for Our destination.
---Dark Side---
Now for the dark route... Yuhiru says Nenoh's has no right to live and some kind of switch
flips in Claude and gets really scary. Nenoh's tried to flee but the reaper catched up with him
and killed him. The whole problem is now solved... and Claude is prepare  to take full
responsibility but they're all pardoned. Claude goes emo and is lost at what to do.
Yuhiru gives his life more meaning but it seems even if Nenohs died his words
still haunt Claude, the route slowly showed him getting crazier it was insane.
People discriminating Yuhiru aside, Claude seemed pretty possessive.
So when he hears some people had taken Yuhiru, his reason for living
he absolutely won't let them get away with it. Yea she gets kidnapped
by some guys who are interested in her and the rumors of her being a monster.
They're convinced Yuhiru is Claude's special experiment?! wut who's been feeding them lies.
This random guy is nuts... and Claude can't come soon enough. Claude's patient enough to listen
to the guy trying to reason with him but the bloodlust was obvious. That guy's a dead man.
Claude just gets worse and worse and Yuhiru sneaks out then overhears
some have been reported as missing. Then some guy sneaks up on her
and tells her to go back to her room, this guy is the same person who kidnapped her
and then killed by Claude. She rushes back on her own but shit has gotten weird.
Claude knows she went out and then he tells her what she saw. He just brushes it off
but uh Yuhiru's been bad and she just tells him she was worried.
Claude ends up taking her on an evening stroll because why not? it sure broke the tension.
Dude literally goes on a killing spree and knocks every researcher who was involved....
because they tried to hurt Yuhiru. Murder is not okay but... why do I not disagree here?
He basically perfected his previous research and did what Nenoh's couldn't.
Claude literally sends her off to dream land, while saying something like how he will
make a world for just the two of them. He's going too far even for my tastes...
like he'll eliminate anyone coming after her for her looks.💀
Eventually Yuhiru has enough of his yandere shit YASS QUEEN
and grabs the nearest knife to stab herself. She tries to runaway but Claude just catched her.
Well... uh he won't hurt her or anyhing but he wonders what she is dreaming about
but he hopes its a sweet one involving him.😨 She wakes up but I couldn't tell if this
was in real or in her dream... she tried to escape again but Claude caught her red handed.
So he asks her again if she'd rather have someone else over him.
When in town Yuhiru tried to runaway again and bumps into Kaize...
who took her with him and hears her out like a light in the darkness
but it seems nowhere's safe since Claude just waltzes in and explains he's
already turned folks into plants, not just here everyone in the country.
Even Kaize which freaks Yuhiru out. Honey? why're you so afraid there's no need!
Basically since he  doesn't want her to go to anyone else he did what he has to
even if it means turning everyone into plantzombies.😱😱😱
Yuhiru still tries to reason with him but its a bit too late for that.
The A in this ending stands for attractive scent. In ending M she apologizes for
making him like this because oh how she got him out of his depression
and not knowing what happened that made him that way. Claude says its
not her fault and she just tried to help him. It was him that was lead astray
by the fragrance of the plant which in turn made him obsessed with Yuhiru.
In the ending they try to fix the mess unfortunately they're stopped by Glinda
they try to make a run for it and then disruption appears. Yuhiru says
it is the same that appeared in her country Claude has regrets and Yuhiru
misses her chance then Glinda catches up to them. Claude tells her to run
as it seems he already was infected by the plant. He's turned into the very thing
that he researched and that killed his family. Claude laments and thinks
this is some sort of punishment for how he killed his family and Nenoh's.
He would have loved to go to her country but... that's impossible.
The M in this ending stood for Murderer's regret.
---
''Gonna give Furukawa Makoto some credit cuz he honestly did a good job
at making Claude sound absolutely miserable. Oh and he made me scream more than once.
I think I prefer the fact side over the dark one, like legit he scared me
still for better or worse it was exciting progressing through dark side
but none of it exactly made me happy so I am glad fact side existed.
I think Claude was a fairly normal LI he just needs therapy!''
Route rating: 8/10
~

Molly = Woodland.
CV: Ishikawa Kaito.
Doing Molly's route second because he was such a wing man in Claude's route
so it only feels right. Ishikai used his more gentle type of voice for Molly
which suited the character just fine, kind of reminded me of Il from Enchante.
Unlike with Claude, Molly gave off all sorts of bad vibes right from his first chapter...😨
It didn't get better and it just gradually got worse... Yuhiru ends up finding a bunch of
people that look like Molly and then gets sneaked up upon by yours truly. Molly's kind enough
to explain that Molly is basically a living doll that has somehow come to life.
He also tells her that he was killed by someone way back and is trying
to hunt them down to exact revenge. 😨😨😨
They eventually find one of their lairs which was a storage facility for human eyeballs...
the ones they're going after are part of a shady network of people
and the ring leader is some shady guy named old rat.
They harvest organs and shit from Hinadori (black hair/eyed people) Molly says he accepts
the title of murderer for all he did in the past; as he was sorta like an assassin.
In the end he can't forgive what they did to them. Molly really had it rough, he was used
again and again but he decided he's human too and he'll settle it with the one who started this.
The fact route once again felt like a proper otome game! it was unusually calm
and I think the Osser reveals came out of left-field. Osser is the one who made the dolls
and he harbors guiilt over things he did in the past, he full well knows he is a bad person
still he koves his children including the Molly, he doesn't want him to die like in the past.
Realizing they don't have much time they end up using a Crow as their trump card
to get a message across... the next day Noil and Kaize show up in town which is a mess.
Apparently the Crow wouldn't stop pecking Noil.😅 Noil muses that had it been
Dorothy they might've gotten killed so he's glad it was just them then Molly decides
to grab Yuhiru and run off. Noil is really mad and would grill them for this. 😂
Molly says this was Yuhiru's fault and he's not wrong, she did suggest the use of a crow...
Molly doesn't have much time left and Dorothy eventually shows up too along with Claude
they're looking for the two of them. Molly noticed this but he doesn't want to involve them.
They end up playing some cards when he gets back, the pacing was really odd
in this route but Osser comes back later with confirmation of their target.
Osser says they may need to abandon this hideout till another guest comes in.
They make demands and are interested in the black eyes in the room
but knowing who they are Molly isn't going to play nice for scum like them.
They escape and eventually make it to their main HQ and what lies within
was even worse than what they found before. In one of the tubes they find a hinadori
it actually looked similar to Kaize. Then someone speaks up of what a fine doll it is.
This someone looks almost  similar to Molly himself... his fated nemesis and Osser's real son.
Sadly he's just too far gone and trying to reason with him didn't go anywhere...
Yuhiru doesn't want to end up dead but slips and falls into the water way and our Molly follows.
Unfortunately it seems Molly is running out of time and he can't hold on anymore as his
body is returning to its original doll-like state. He doesn't want her to die here and wants
her to run, he's out of time but Yuhiru says they're partners and they're getting out of here.
Unfortunately they were found... and Woodland gets some uh dark designs
then proceeds to beat up our Molly till he breaks. Molly ends up looking back at his life
he had a home, family, a future but had it taken  from him. Then he found a home again
but once again had it taken from him. He saw something similar in Yuhiru and wanted
to atleast see her back to wherever she came from. Molly knows what just happened
and he doesn't want to let it end like this. Meanwhile Yuhiru is imprisoned alonside Osser.
Molly finds his reason to live and accepts himself for who he is... while uh evil!molly
prepares to harvest Yuhiru's eyes. He smashes the test tube just in time
which knocks out the guards with water coming out of it.
Molly apologizes (sorta) but the long of it will have to wait.
For some reason Dorothy and the others join in on the fun...
Noil and his braincell tries to understand why there's a broken Molly and another Molly...
but it turns out that Noil and the others found his broken remains who asked them
to take him to Osser who in turn fixed him while Yuhiru was taken here.
It all happened so fast my brain can't keep up, lmao.
Anyway Molly wins because he has the power of friendship on his side
despite not even wanting to rely on them in the first place!
Evil!Molly let's out some baby bat snake thing and makes a run for it...
Our Molly tries to chase him cuz ain't no way he'll let him get away.
Everyone else eventually follows him and Molly has his showdown or lack thereof, after
he blabs on about a bunch of things Molly gives his nemesis the moment of death he so wanted.
Its Over... Molly tries to make his way back but his body is heavy.
Yuhiru runs into him but you guessed it, Molly is at the end of his rope
she tells him to wait and rushes to get the others. Molly sits there watching the night
make way for dawn. He says he loves her as he falls into slumber.
Osser prepares a place for him because its the least he can do to the one his son
held dear before bidding her farewell. The P in this end stood for pleasant sleep.
In ending R the others deal with Osser and Kaize but for some reason evil!Molly
doesn't run and after he yaps our Molly ends it swiftly and decidedly.
Due to that they have succeeded their mission in eliminating a problem
the country faced. Osser says he accepts any punishment but he has done
his part and is pardoned cuz without him this outcome wouldn't be.
Yuhiru alongside Molly put to rest the victims from the mess Evil!Molly created.
They end up living in their new home together... everything seems well
till Yuhiru sets out for a bit. Molly is getting tired and fears the end is close
and laments he could never go back to her place. A crow gives her a sign
and she heads back, Molly apologizes as he is enveloped in an emerald mist.
He tells her his end is close, apologizes and says there's one more thing
he should tell her; that he loves her. As his conciousness fades Yuhiru remembers
something Dorothy said that strong feelings can become energy.
Then lashes out at him for being unfair and kisses the sleeping beauty as a response.
For some reason this worked... he has found his real destined one and not just a nemesis.
You could say she healed his kokoro or well ''R''epair his heart.
---Dark side---
Early on Molly ends up finding a bottle with eyes in a specific colour which unsettles him.
A golden and azure coloured eyeball, he believes it to be his own.
Molly slowly goes bonkers, of course it isn't possible to go back to how it was...
realizing how he doesn't want to be alone anymore he shift his attention to Yuhiru
and remembers a promise to protect her. He wakes up amidst a blood bath
Yuhiru nowhere to be found, he sets out to find her who's imprisoned.
The one who greets her is the evil!molly(or well the leader of the gang), who calls her
his cute little doll and literally foams at the mouth at the sight of her beautiful black eyes.
This entire scene with him was insufferable, I wanted it to end. I wanted
the real Molly to appear and KO the old rat like in the best end.😨
It took a while but yes it happened and it was like OH GOD YES FINALLY.
Evil!Molly gets murdered in cold blood, however Yuhiru is so out of it
she thinks everyone (the other guys) is really nice to her and helping her recover.
Then she noticed the soup looked like blood, turns out Yuhiru was dissociating
to protect her from how the evil guy tortured her. Molly is trying to comfort Yuhiru who is
having a literal mental breakdown. He'll protect her from whoever tries to lay a finger on her.
For some reason when she wakes up Molly is wearing what the other Molly weared.
Probably a side effect of the trauma... r-right?! christ. I AM GETTING TRAUMA FROM THIS.
Anyway Molly tries to get her to focus on him... and it turns into a therapist session
because a real one is expensive and Molly is free. Everything is awesome.
Molly really does try to heal the scar on Yuhiru's heart.
After Molly leaves and she kissed him goodnight she starts to remember details
like an injection from a nearby object and then it all tumbles down again.
Molly came back and tries to reassure her but god damn it. (Internal Screaming)
It seems to work and Yuhiru starts going back to normal slowly... she even reacts
normally when she sees he still has the bottle with the gold/azure coloured eyes.
This leads him to tell him of his own traumatic reaction upon first seeing them.
As to why he's wearing the old rat's coat... Molly is pretending to be the leader
of that organization, he wants to rat out all of that harvesting organ scum.
Both for his and Yuhiru's sake. One night Yuhiru decides to go for a walk and enters
a room that looks like it hasn't been maintained then she starts having flashbacks again.
WeeU WeeU WeeU Molly finds her and seeing as this place is no good he walks her back
comforting all the while. I say--- but i'm pretty sure he drugged her so she calmed down.
I thought the CG looked really sweet and Molly really does care for her
but he's so sickingly sweet it just unsettling. Good night.
Yuhiru continues to struggle with her trauma, Molly wonders how he can reach her better...
One day during the usual episodes, she finds the bottle with Molly's real eyes and hugging
it calms her, Molly checks up on her but if it helps her he'll let her do as she pleases.
Later she has another flashback and ends up running away... into the cellars
there she finds someone half dying and it triggers her as it is the old rat.
Yuhiru ends up stabbing him, quite a lot. Molly then finds her
when he asks her why it was because it was the one who hurt her.
Molly tries to calm her and brings her back to her room.
Yuhiru slowly starts to remember and Molly tells her honestly what has been going on
and how much she has been traumatized by being tortured by the old rat.
Molly believed that with time she would heal from it but he saw no improvement
and he sincerely believes the only one that can fix her is him
there's nothing she needs to do and he just... drugs her again.
Oh yea Molly has set the stage to murder the remaining gang members in coldblood.
He even collected their eyes when it was over... which makes him no better than old rat.
As situation grows worse Yuhiru and Osser decide to get her back to the castle but Molly finds them
but unfortunately Molly finds them, Osser right now doesn't approve of his son. Too bad for him
Molly just murders him, he also isn't pleased she ran away and forces her back with him.
Uh yea Yuhiru's mind basically breaks at this point and for some reason Molly
thinks this is completely fine as he still needs her, despite now being a literal doll.
That was ending A; Aches in the coffin... anyways! time for ending (wh)Y.
Yuhiru basically decides to nodd along to him wanting to be happy like this.........
one night Dorothy shows up who is very relieved to see her and he harbors some
guilt over not being there for her. Unfortunately it seems Yuhiru no longer
remembers him. Molly comes along and Dorothy gets butt mad even though
Molly just casually says he did it all because he cares about her. Dorothy is resents him now.
Molly tries to kill Dorothy but he's quite resilient and throws some holy water on him
which affected his eyes and arm enough so Dorothy could take Yuhiru and skedaddles off
while Molly begs her not to go... sadly as Yuhiru wonders what became of him...
Molly still finds her cuz Dorothy didn't finish him off and he was able to be repaired.
Molly looks different, he now has his original eyes and a more doll like arm to replace what he lost.
Sadly the Y didn't stand for Why are you back? but for Your eyes.................💀💀💀
There was nothing good that came out of this dark side or any of its endings at all.
---
''Molly as a character were very interesting and I enjoyed the reveals in fact side
but I think the pacing was a bit wonky. I still wondered how the heck he could survive
so you could say I was still hooked but the way it ended up working out was anticlimactic.
This was also the route I decided to just continue to do fact side first
because holy shit Molly's dark side was moshikami levels of wtf I know one of the
assist writers is on board for this but it would not surprised me if they were involved.
Sadly I spend half the dark route being either hysteric and appalled.
I ate an entire chocolate bar... it was that awful, not the writing itself but the contents.
I binged chapter 6-8 in one go but I struggled to get through 9 and 10 .
Yea I did not enjoy Molly's dark side route and just wanted to move on. I have to add to this
that I don't think his fact side was that bad as a lot of story beats are very relevant.''

Noil = Bestia.
CV: Suzuki Ryouta.
So you see that's where the trouble began, that smile... that damned smile.
Noil is a knight and he takes pride in it. He's sent on a mission by Grinda.
He's quite hotblooded and takes it up to himself to teach Yuhiru
what the world is like and he can be very intimidating but he did
apologize for his behavior so he seemed like a pretty decent guy.
He had a pretty risque CG but it wasn't what it looked like
they had to hide and they just ended in that position! it was hilarious.
Leg.
His mission was to find Eugene, a fellow knight who went missing
him and Glinda goes way back. Unfortunately Eugene ends up death
or so it seemed I ddidn't believe it when Glinda said he had died.
Also Noil gets the best looking  CG's, most are so gorgeous.
Noil ends up following a hunch and Yuhiru goes along, they meet Glinda
but this was not the real Glinda as it was Eugene instead and he faked his own death.
Turns out he has mutated when out there and gained tentacles as his weapon of choice...
he almost died to a monster but he bested it and merged with it, mutating himself.
Now he thinks he's some chosen one and takes out his anger on Noil.
Noil is strong but Eugene summons a copy of some old woman as a meatshield
and Noil ends up killing her, this woman looks like his grandma and triggered him.
Eugene tells us then the story of how Noil then a kid killed his own grandma
and poor Noil is deeply traumatized by that and is unable to fight well at the moment.
Noil gets knocked out and Yuhiru uses some fire spells, I forgot how she could use
magic but Dorothy probably taught her, due this they're able to escape but eventually
amidst the peptalk, Eugene catches up to them and continues trash talking.
Trying to not let it get to him they continue to play hide and seek in the subway ruins.
Noil does some searching and confronts his inner child, he finds out he has trust issues.
He doesn't trust himself due to what happened in the past, he lost the ones he befriended
so when he befriended Yuhiru he was overjoyed. Meanwhile someone is headpatting him...
Having told all this he feels relieved to feel so supported because no one did before.
Eventually they finally manage to get out of there too as Noil regained his mojo, they run into
Kaize as well and they all reunite and hear them out of what happened.
Either way Noil wants to settle things with Eugene, he has to do it for himself and Eugene
even if he can't talk about it all now then he'll do it later if they want to.
They all support him in his bold endeavor to go after Eugene.
Before that Ozma has a chat with him and Yuhiru goes to see him as well, thanks to Glinda
who is very grateful she was there for his little brother when she could not.
Glinda knew Noil was suffering to some extend but couldn't do much.
The moon is beautiful to night and it is close to its twin, though they may part in a day or two
then she honestly says she wants to be with him more but then  Noil comments
about her returning home... Yuhiru completely forgot! still after the battle is over they'll see
what comes next and then like a knight, Noil kneels and grabs her hand. Then swears
an oath that contains all his feelings and says she is really important to him.
Since without her, he wouldn't be standing where he stands right now.
A bunch of stuff ends up happening and apparently Dorothy gave them a chance to run
of course everything is Eugene's fault who for some reason ends up taking Yuhiru's
appearance and tries to stab Noil in the back. Good thing he noticed. Very observant.
This whole scene confused me because where the heck is Yuhiru?!
Of course Noil is pissed and the reason he figured it out was that she only cried once
during their whole journey, so when she cried over Dorothy's supposed self-sacrifice
which may not have happened he knew it was sus. Noil is so pissed.
Yuhiru and Dorothy are both fine as well... looks like Eugene ambushed them
and then sneaked up on Noil making stuff up to get an advantage.
An epic battle ensues but they end up in the underground subway labyrinth anyways
which is like Eugene's playground... Yuhiru ends up separated from everyone else
and tortured by Eugene. Still Yuhiru believes in Noil and says it straight to the snake's face.
Like a knight in shining armor he appears! the man, the myth, the legend Noil Bestia!
and he strikes down his fated nemesis Eugene. ''Sorry I'm late'' he says.
The CG attached to this scene was very anime-ish, it looks awkward
but it also has a hint of epicness to it that I am able to overlook anything bad.
Up to the same old tricks, Eugene tries to use Noil's grandma against him again
but while Noil hesitates for a moment doesn't flinch once he sees what's going on.
R ending: Eugene is an asshole till the last moment and takes Noil with him.
Noil hasn't woken up from the ordeal since. Glinda says that he took the way
of the knight seriously and was prepared to die in battle. If he wakes up
he may even regain his knighthood as his actions have proven his innocence.
One night when the moon's are close again he woke up and disappeared while Yuhiru
dozed off when she wakes she found him in the middle of town.
They have a nice chat as they walk but then... he says its time for him to go.
Noil says she's done enough and that she'll be fine on her own from now on.
He wants her to live her life to the fullest and when she's died as a grandma he'll come
for her. Noil's grateful she was there for him and then he  disappears.
Glinda finds her but she hasn't seen him. Ah... did he die or... just went on his own?
Don't think it was a bad ending per se but yea... I was a lil confused.
The R in this ending stood for Radiant Moon.
Ending E: Noil doesn't wait and strikes Eugene down for his sins, Eugene confesses
that he was just jealous of Noil and he admired how he wanted to grow stronger
to protect everyone. Eugene is now too weak and died. Noil tries to act tough
but he's definitely affected by his last words. With the Eugene stuff settled
Noil is pardoned and things go back to normal. Eventually he's like you going back or not?
I kinda don't want you to go. He wants her to stay with him and grow even closer.
This whole scene made me want to scream and its not even in the dark route.
Uh like does he have to ask, Yuhiru was all embarrassed.
Oh the E stood for enjoy the taste (of that kiss).
---Dark side---
They didn't end up running away from Eugene the first time they met him
and him and Noil end up bitching back and forth. Eventually Noil wins but he's not
in the best of shape more like a living zombie after having done Eugene in.
Noil recovers and everything seems fine but this is the dark side so it never truly is.
I was glad it wasn't as extreme like Molly was but I was actually more like
what the heck is up with him now? are you even the same person?!
ch6-8 were also pretty slowburn, or more like a ticking time bomb.
I didn't enjoy it but the only reason I kept going
was that I was curious wtf would happen so uh GGwp.
Like most dark sides route sans Molly the guy has lingering issues
and let's the main antagonist of the route taunt him and he slowly loses it.
The only bad thing you gotta put up with Eugene as he is corrupting Noil.
This actually made the sad ending in fact route made sense, remember
how Noil ended up disappearing? its likely he was affected the same way but unlike here
Noil realized what was happening and distanced himself before anything bad could happen.
Or so I'd like to believe. It was actually terrible to see Noil lose it like that.
Noil suffers from nightmares and ends up runnig away while he has Eugene talk to him
in his head who says its okay to give in to temptation and take his prey.
Everyone looks to him and Dorothy gives Yuhiru a sedative of course, just incase.
They eventually find him or... more like he found her. Noil is basically turning into
whatever Eugene was like, he has scales and tentacles... and its pretty obvious that he has
been corrupted and mutated like Eugene did from when he fought that monster by himself.
Dorothy and Kaize finds them and can't believe what he's seeing while Noil tries to act normal...
NO YOU'RE NOT NORMAL, oh look the healer is right there lucky him.
Its hilarious how Noil tries to act dumb, even Kaize is like dude and points his blade at him.
Noil just knocks them all out and I have watched too much anime to know where this is going.
Atleast he finds her voice adorable maybe there is still hope... nope.
Yuhiru uses the Syringe on him she got from Dorothy early which knocks him out.
Things seem like its back to normal but it never really is on this side
the finale sets in as he realizes he's at his limit and its boring if he'd kill her
so he knocked her out and he brought her to the subway ruins.😨
When she wakes up, he's like hey babe had a nice nap? a goodmorning kiss perhaps?
Noil pretty much seems like he's toying with her the whole time and I already
just know it won't end well but it did a good job at being suspenseful.
Even at the end Noil tries to hold it together despite giving into his impulses
so I couldn't even dislike him in this side since he is so self aware.
It gets to the point that he wants Yuhiru to put him out of his misery.
He says he killed Dorothy and Claude already... but he doesn't want Yuhiru to be next
so he hands her another syringe Molly apparently had on him and she knocks him out with it.
Ending L: Yuhiru ends up stabbing an unconcious Noil.. but for some reason
a half dead Noil grabs her with his tentacles. She still has some regrets over it
and Noil acts so casual about it. He still says she tries her best. He realized the problem
hasn't solved... then saysits because he unconciously changed his mind. He doesn't want to die.
Uh yea idk which Noil this is but he continues to toy with Yuhiru...
then suggests to become partners in crime. She runs away and then runs into Kaize
he is happy to see she's okay and informs her Molly wasn't so lucky.
Kaize then starts acting weird and... starts speaking more like Noil...
oh right Eugene had that ability to use people's appearances.
Uh yea he then just starts acting possessively and punishes her in a creepy way.
The L stood for lovely scream and yea you could say that...
The CG  used in this scene is the only one I didn't like, nice giraffe neck
but yea that was that, he just tortures and toys with her in the end.
Ending Y: Yuhiru doesn't stab Noil at all, she can't kill the person
she has such fond memories with. He wakes up and apologizes for even suggesting it.
Things are unusually calm, they cozy up and Noil knows there's no going back.
Noil then comes to a breaking point and coincidently Kaize walks in
he has a more serious tone to his voice as if he's been looking for him all along.
Apparently he took out the main body or whatever and before it recovers
has to take out Noil as well. They both fight till the bitter end.
I didn't expect it but Kaize was actually victorious. Yuhiru rushes to him
and spends the last moments with him in her arms. I didn't dislike this ending it feels
like a good outcome, most of the other characters are dead and he paid the price for it.
Noil says he is grateful she is still alive... and did a good job despite everything.
The Y stood for You'll be okay... (no I am not?!)
---
''I love Noil, I enjoyed learning about his character and he may not be perfect
but that's what makes it so good. Romance wise it was decent, I realize just
how much I prefer this fact side over the dark side in this game.
I didn't really want to do Noil's dark side but still glad I did. Fact side was much better imho.
I also said it already but his CG's were all so good, the one in ending E
just made me an incomphrensible mess. I won't lie I had second thoughts
of doing dark side but it was a relief it wasn't as severe as Molly's.
I thought Noil's dark side was amusing... its still bad but in an entertaining way
i'm glad I didn't chicken out and did it all the way to the end, LMAO.
Honestly I think Noil's route had three good ends, ending R and Y where subjective
and E was the best end. Which leaves ending L and I guess we'll take the loss here.
Truly the best boy for him to make me say that.''

Kaize = Ozma.
CV: Azakami Youhei.
Okay since in Noil's Y end he seemed to want my attention I decided to do him next
which would mean Dorothy will be last but whatever its Kaize's time to shine now!
Honestly he was a bit cold/indifferent and scary right from the bat, he can be kind
like how he stood up for Yuhiru in the prologue but it also seems like he's a bit stuck up.
It seems he's a noble or some kind of bastard child as he's frequently in the castle
but due his appearance he is also suffering from discrimination.
Needless to say I was interested in Kaize right from the start.
Of course we already know Kaize is not that indifferent but... he can appear that way as when
Yuhiru was being cornered by a crowd he covered for her immediately without hesitation.
He had this moment where he would act pride/arrogant randomly but it was really funny/cute
if it was any other game i'd call him a chuuni! but I don't think that fits... or does it?
Anyway he mellows out and he tells her about a legend surrounding demons, they
had some sort of tradition and there may've been sacrifices etc.
Kaize then mumbled but demons... do exist as the conversation ended. SUS.
ISTG I don't know if that scene was real or not but they ended up being cozy
in a cave and he just ends up teasing her in a arrogant like way.
It was kind of cute but it made me question everything, just who is he?
Anyway apparently he's royalty and a prince, he has been taking the brunt of the kingdom's
misfortune for the past 20 years. From when his parents pass away as well as his brother's death.
Kaize ended up taking the blame for it all... his appearance was of no help.
His own mother killed herself in front of him, this affected him deeply.
Turns out the demon he was talking about was him, the father he knew
wasn't his real father and starts going on about demons. When Yuhiru remembers
a bunch of the stuff Kaize told her about his past. She bumps into a mysterious
handsome young man at a cemetery. Not much happened and he bids her good day.
When they ate some good food at some tavern Kaize ends up getting drunk...
that scene was actually pretty funny, its light-hearted group moments like this that make me
love the game even more. What happened afterwards was even cuter, Kaize ended up
going to the wrong room and snuggled up to Yuhiru instead, mistaking her for a pillow. 😂
Due to all the shit happening in his life, no one ever really supported him
and feared him instead, his brother was the only one who seemed to have his back
when Kaize started blaming himself for everything that had happened.
His brothers words were like magic that lit a tiny flame within him.
The only thing his brother left behind was this pendant, his brother
told him not to resent the people or his fate and to have confidence in himself.
Then some random boy walks in on their conversation and sends Kaize away
he tells Yuhiru not to leave this room but... she suddenly is attacked.
The kid looks like someone told him to do this, to kill Yuhiru since she is cursed.
Yuhiru runs away but its the same everywhere, someone brainwashed the people of the town.
Thankfully she runs into Kaizen... who had a bad feeling so he rushed back.
When some kid starts blaming them for the death of the prince Kaizen took a hit
he'd normally would have dodged. Then he's like yea that's right its all on me.
The mysterious man appears as well, Kaize recognizes him and whoever he is
has taken the appearance of the late prince and is the one who has been using
the kids to do his dirty work. Kaize doesn't like this one bit and wants him to atone
for his sins Either way this guy hates the second prince and they both
would like nothing more than see the other one dead. The man appears to have
demon wings as well. Kaize says this guy is a real demon. After they leave the townsfolk
regain their senses and they get blamed for the uproar and chased out of the town.
Either way Kaize would love nothing more than to settle it with the winged demon
and will follow the lead and meet up with him. They all set out to the meeting place
and the guys end up clearing the area of enemies but the mysterious guy
ends up taking them by surprise. ISTG this guy looks like he is part
of some Kpop boyband just give him bunny ears and he's a viera. 😂😂😂
I thought he was low key hitting on her but then Kaize shows up all like sorry i'm late.
Apparently this mysterious guy is Kaize's brother which makes him the first prince...
and he says that it was Kaize who killed him. He finally introduces himself as Archray Ozma.
Either way he is so butthurt and he ends up injuring Kaize who... ends up awakening
to his demonic side. Kaize barely is able to comprehend what the hell is happening to him.
Archray ends up mocking him how his brother has finally become a monster.
Yuhiru ends up trying to stop Archray which snaps Kaize out of his daze
and Dorothy ends up helping her back on her feet... Archray tries
to strike her down but Kaize interjects. Some portal ends up appearing
in the middle of everything, Dorothy warns Yuhiru to stay away from it.
Some weird moth comes out of it which transforms into a monster...
Archray mumbles when red snow drops, monsters are born.
Heh so the legends were not to be triffled with. Molly ends up supporting them
and kills the monster with his throwing knives and they're able to escape.
Meanwhile Kaize is a struggling cabbage and his self loathing is that strong
Yuhiru tries to comfort him but Molly tells them to quiet it down
as some people are approaching and due to the nature of Kaize's
appearance they end up having to flee. They end up hijacking a carriage
and the people scream at Kaize's appearance and I do not blame them.
Honestly I love how supportive the other LI were right now.
They find another shack to hide in but Kaize realizes everyone is afraid of him
and not them so he wants to leave, he starts blaming himself.
Yuhiru tells him that he's still human and not a demon but he's struggling
since everyone is afraid of him except his companions of course. He's so stubborn
he goes out, hits hit with stones and thrown in jail and wonders how everyone else
is doing with Archray's words stuck in his mind that he is just a monster and this cell
is where he belongs. Meanwhile Dorothy and Yuhiru hold a strategy meeting
because they can't let this struggling cabbage roll in the dirt like this.
Awww yea they sneak in and get Kaize out but he tells Yuhiru he has remembered
some memories he had suppressed, its basically his mom being upset she
gave birth to a monster like him before she slit her own throat.
He's so emo and depressed from everything that he thinks its better if he was dead.
NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOOOO DON'T YOU SAY THIS. AAAAAAAAAA~.
ISTG that was exactly my reaction when he said he'd rather be dead... then like clockwork
Yuhiru is like don't you fucking wish you were dead and slaps him YASSS QUEEN!
then says he shouldn't give up and try to find a way towards happiness cuz even he
deserves to be happy. Kaize just wanted a hug from his mom, be needed by his dad.
Honestly he's tired and just wants to be loved and accepted but even that
remains beyond his grasp because he's discriminated for his appearance
and his transformation into a demon didn't make it any better.
Just leave me alone to roll in the dirt like a struggling cabbage.
Yuhiru ends up hugging Kaize cuz he really needs one right now
and then tells him she likes him and says they're getting out here
because there's still things they have to do. Like clockword the guards
seem to have noticed something is amiss and realized they were mislead.
Kaize says not to move and that his body can take much more right now
and seems to have regained his confidence somewhat.
Then he acts like the demon he is but not in the pretending kind of way
this time he is the demon and they better respect that. I think it was really funny
how he got to act like he's some high ranking demon would in some anime.😂😂😂
They break out and he tells her to hold on because they're flying
and he's also grateful for making him feel accepted for once in his life.
Eventually they reunite with Dorothy who is kind of angry with Yuhiru for acting on her own
then they draw the conclusion that everything started when his older brother passed away
and the only way to resolve the situation is to settle things with Archray.
Since Kaize feels more at ease when Yuhiru's around he asks her to come with him, seeing
no reason to refuse and they end up sneaking into his uncle's residence, hiding from maids
all the while. This is also the residence where his brother rested a while
but it seems his uncle doesn't want to listen to anything he has to say.
Yuhiru ends up chiming in which tips the tales somewhat since some stuff should be a secret.
Basically Kaize's dad was naughty and saw some woman, they had to cover it up
but he end up being born while affected by the red snow of the underworld
which has the ability to change things. Of course his uncle still blames him for everything
that went wrong, Kaize concluses his wings are from his mother and its protecting him
and his real mother may still be fine. Sadly his uncle runs away so they chase him
even if they have no intention to harm him he is very afraid for some reason.
Coincidently Archray runs into them, he's not pleased when he hears some of the truth
but Kaize's uncle/relative doesn't seem to recognize him. When threatened
his lips loosen and turns out the king made some sort of deal with archray in the past
and was abandoned. He suffered from his illness and was lied to with sweet words.
Kaize confesses he'd like it when he was praised and he tried to write to his brother
and they seem to get through to him as he realizes Kaize was there.
Still Archray remains hostile towards them. I mean who would when you were presumed dead?
Till the end uncle tries to place the blame on them but eventually Archray has enough
and murders him, he mutters that he believed in his father but was lied to and murdered.
Archray now doesn't give a shit about the country anymore and it could rot away for all he'd cared.
Then for some reason he starts to glow purple.... Kaize tries to calm him down
but its not working and he disappears, saying he''ll bring ruin to all.
Kaize still has a lot of guilt over the past but he knows that it won't change
anything to dwell on it however right now in the present he can reach his brother.
Archray is likely planning to destroy everything so Kaize will try to warn the people there.
Of course people get scared upon seeing the winged demon... like Kaize feared
it may not be easy but he will try his best. Glinda is there and she listened
to reason so Kaize is able to get through everyone needs to evacuate.
Unfortunately Nenoh's (long time no see! btw.) throws fuel into the fire and Osser
wasn't helping, Yuhiru tries to support Kaize and tries to get people to believe him.
Glinda readies her sword which gets Noil all fired up like how do you dare
aim your blade at the crown prince, the heck you doing?! Claude appears and tries
to reason with Nenoh's claims of Kaize being a monster. Molly's there too I guess.
Glinda asks everyone to calm the fuck down cuz all we need is a discussion table right now.
Kaize gets to explain that his brother was murdered and his spirit is now roaming the land
when his brother then found out the truth it enraged him and Kaize now wants to stop him.
Osser turns around quickly and later talks to Yuhiru saying the country will need a strong
leader and Kaize right now has really shown what it takes. When she gets back Dorothy
and Kaize catched her, they were worried but Kaize is really grateful for their support.
He holds the pendant Archray drops and realizes he wants nothing more but
to return with him to the castle and work towards the future together with him
but with this appearance it will be difficult, still he won't be bound by the past anymore.
Yuhiru wants to try to support him as well and she doesn't mind not going back home
if she can be with him which makes Kaize relieved since she means so much to him now.
She made him realize what to live for, he was so lost and alone but he was brought back on his feet.
Now he's finally able to say how much he loves Yuhiru... and wants her to be by his side for real.
Kaize kisses her hand and she gets a bit flustered but she accept his love.
It was only a matter of time but Archray made his move sooner rather than later and...
he used his specialty too, mind control. Glinda and Osser are already under his control.
Just like that he plans to bring the country to ruin, of course Kaize is determined to stop him.
Archray ends up grabbing Yuhiru and they find themselves in the sky, Kaize follows
and the two end up settling it fluttering like bats in the sky clashing their blades.
Of course Kaize tries to get his point across of how much his brother means to him.
A crack ends up appearing in the sky as well and Archray shows him no mercy.
He turns his eyes to Yuhiru... which only strengthens Kaize's resolve.
NGL this is kinda cheesy but I love it. Dawn breaks and a gust of wind throws
Yuhiru off balance and she fell, Kaize noticed and tried to catch her.
Bruh that was really intense but there was a sense of relief that he came for her
since without her he wouldn't even be here! Ending B: They crash down into the castle
and Kaize ends up defeating Archray but the sky above ends up cracking
and red snow ends up falling down. Osser is back to his senses and tries
to evacuate the remaining people together with Glinda.
The red snow ends up corrupting people as well... transforming them into monsters.
Kaize says he will seal the crack, like in the legend someone would sacrifice
themselves and save the kingdom from impending doom.
He heard more of the legend from Dorothy as well as that the sacrifice
doesn't have to be hiim but he's dead set on doing this himself
because if its for her then he can do anyhing! he's grateful for her
and glad he met her and she came her, glad she was born.
Kaize wishes nothing for her to continue being happy as he'll protect her forever. He flies up
into the skies, saying let's meet again someday as the sky lightens up and returns to normal.
Glinda says they will definitely record who it was that saved them, Dorothy laments
not being able to save Kaize. Later Yuhiru finds a letter in which Kaize wrote a farewell.
Like he knew this could happen... it basically expresses his happiness from their journey
and how he wishes for Yuhiru's continued happiness like he told her himself.
Unfortunately this felt like rubbing salt into the wound. The B stood for Beloved You.
Ending O: When Kaize deals the final blow to Archray, his soul starts leaking out
kind of like with Molly during his route. Archray's spirit fades and he
ends up seeing the past from when they were both on good terms.
Kaize says his brother can now rest in peace and then suddenly ends up collapsing
experiencing the same effect as Archray just did, he's at his limit.
Yuhiru ends up praying for someone anyone to save Kaize and then the pendant lights up, then
archray says the emerald acts as protective charm to protect someone's life, then say
she could keep wishing because if its strong enough and he wants to it will have an effect.
Of course it works and Kaize regains conciousness... Archray says that
there's something he was able to afterall. Even someone like him who has sinned has
a chance to live life how he chooses, he simply connected a path.  The spirit of his brother
helped give him the push he needed and now Kaize can live as he pleases as well.
In the end Kaize has decided to become king and guide the people of this land.
He'd like her to join him to pay respects to his parents and leave the past behind.
Yuhiru ended up confessing her feelings and Kaize just nodded along...
like don't you know the answer yet? he already knows her feelings.
Though he apologizes for not knowing a girl's heart so he will answer it again.
There's much to be done but they'll find a path to happiness, together.
The O in this ending stood for Over Requiems.
---Dark--
Oh so well uh instead of bumping into Archray, Yuhiru tries to reach Kaize
who looks as if his soul has left his body. Archray takes advantage of this
and ends up possessing him. I DON'T LIKE WHERE THIS IS GOING.
Kaize or rather Archray ends up flying off... while they're both
still proceessing this turn of events, they our Kaize's a voice that it isn't over yet.
He doesn't have a body anymore so he is sorta just hanging around
anyways they all try to find a way to reverse the situation.
At first I thought it was like how Archray managed to exist but it seems he is a part of Yuhiru now.
Due that she could see his memories as she slept, such as detail of how his mom killed herself
in front of hima nd how he thinks everyone hates him and how he's a monster. Why do you exist?!
Well it really traumatized him. Kaize apologizes but it couldn't be helped. Next day Molly
warns them when that the body and the soul are part of another if they're seperated but
encounter eachother it could become unstable, becareful. Yea of course he'd know this stuff.
Either way Kaize's life sucked but atleast he can talk about it, Yuhiru's a good therapist.😑
Things could continue like this forever but it seems Archray is impatient
so he manipulates some more people to go after them. Yuhiru is cornered so Kaize tries
to do something and ends up making Yuhiru kill the mind controlled folks.
Like Yami from YuGiOh possessing Yugi.
Kaize then snaps out of it and some survivor ends up screaming bloody murder.
The local law enforcement arrives and they get thrown in jail
it also seems he is letting his anger get the best of him.
Archray offers us a surprise visit, in Kaize's body no less due to his original body
being close our Kaize withdraws a bit but he takes full responsibility for his crime.
Molly's warning now comes into place; if the owner of the body aka the soul
reunites with the body it was forced out of, this creates a situation that could be bad.
Archray wants to kill Yuhiru but our Kaize says he won't let it happen
and he says the one you should face is me, not her. Its important to note
how Archray seems to not notice Kaize that is because he is within Yuhiru!
Kaize now has enough of his games and plays a mind game with Archray as he attempts
to regain control of his own body. Archray is about to be sent to the shadow realm.
Kaize got his body back and opened the cell, she asks where Archray is
and he just says where indeed! there's nothing to worry about anyways.
Things return to normal or so it seems as Kaize seems changed.
He brings her to a room and then starts saying something about erasing her sin
and how this room is just... perfect to stay forever in. WeeU WeeU WeeU!
Yuhiru wants to go back which flips some kind of switch
and she hears some kind of voice telling her the opposite.
Either way Kaize is just acting strange right now, he's just not the same anymore.
He says something that he will change the country as its king.
Nenoh's trash talks the prince late at night and Kaize overheard it or he misheard?
either way he won't let him get away with it and the scene ends
with Kaize creepily saying he won't let her get away.
Furthermore there are all sorts of crazy rumors going around, like people
going missing or screams in the middle of the night. Even the maids
aren't save and are fearing for their lives. Yuhiru is like por que?!
Near the end there were like a lot of this is bad moments, its hilarious.
Dorothy shows up and offers some moral support, Kaize wonders
what he's doing wrong to make Yuhiru so uneasy. DUDE, its your approach.
Either way Kaize continues to do things his way and he doesn't even think its wrong.
Yuhiru ends up pushing him away cuz dude wtf is wrong with you?!
he doesn't take this well and makes him nearly break down. He takes it as a rejection
and that's the last thing he wants. She's just like everyone else in his life now
but he doesn't give up. Kaize ends up threatening her with a scissor
because he doesn't want her to run away so he can have his way.
Some hair ends up being cut and he's like what a waste...
he says some random shit about hair being connected to the soul
which just makes him even more a creeper than he already is right now.
Kaize continues to use his mind control on her and tucks her in.
I want this to end but it just keeps going... Yuhiru managed to get out of her room
and then she ends up hearing someone scream and when she goes to the prison
she finds people behind bars going insane. Including Nenoh's.
Dorothy was killed as well because he likely was furious at what Kaize did.
Kaize has punished everyone who ever talked trash about black haired people
by slowly breaking their spirit and sending them to the shadow realm.
Yuhiru runs back when he spot her and he's not pleased, maybe she's next?
she runs away again and it turns into hide and seek. Okay maybe he overdid it
but he ended up tying her up in chains, maybe this is someone's kink?
Ending R: Kaize has her make a choice and makes her swear to not run away
and stay with him in this castle for eternity or as long as she lives.
He says this isn't even real and this is happening in the mind.
In the end he has broken her mind and is much more obedient.  Kaize has basically made
the world accept him by force so its now a better place but its not necessarily done in a good way.
Atleast the CG looked great. The R stood for Ruled Love...
Ending N: Yuhiru tries to get through to him and he realizes that he has been doing it wrong.
Kaize apologizes because he tried to get through to her, all he wanted was to be together
but he ended up straying from the path and he did things he didn't want.
He still asks for her to stay with him, almost pleading like a dog.
Things seem to go back to normal and Kaize isn't as scary anymore.
He released the imprisoned people, there may be consequences for it
but he will try to atone and be a good king that leads its people.
They also end up looking for a way Yuhiru can return to her world
even if its the last thing he wants. Kaize still regrets killing Dorothy.
Kaize will try to do what's right even if he'll be lonely cuz she's not there
and just then a portal cracks open but Yuhiru decides she wants to stay.
The portal closes as well and Kaize is relieved, she won't leave him behind.
Later Yuhiru ends up reading a book about a fearsome king and how
he met a woman. He would make anyones wish come true but hers would go unanswered.
That was to go back to her homeland, homesick as she was she placed a spell on
the country; to be stuck in a dream of eternal happiness. Yuhiru jolts awake because none
of that was real, it was a dream created by Kaize. The last words we hear
was you saw it didn't you? The N stood for no exit. 😨

''I loved this route, it turned Kaize into one of my favorite characters in the game!
The best end was really good and the sad ending... was not the worst outcome
though I'll say it here, I think a lot of the sad endings could use some sort of epilogue.
Much like Noil's, Kaize wants Yuhiru to live her life and be happy...
but how will she do that in this world remains a mystery though I am sure it will work out.
Thankfully the best end ended on a happier note but I cannot help but think they're planning
a FD and are saving the after stories for that. Otomate has done it before afterall.
Kaize's darkside was quite interesting... literally using someones cards against them.
The fact route already showed Kaize would do whatever it needs for the one he loves
and it was no joke here as well, just presented a lot differently.
Unfortunately the dark side turned Kaize into a real creeper, god I hate it there
but the endings weren't too bad except R, ending N was surprisingly good.''
Route rating 9/10.

Dorothy.
CV: Horie Shun.
He's a magician, he can be kind of overprotective but outsite of his route they also
really shined as a supportive character, in Molly's Y end and Noil's dark side.
Sadly by this point I wondered what more did they had to tell? what secrets did
Dorothy keep to himself? from Kaize's route it seems he knows a lot about the world
and how it works and due to being a great support I couldn't see him as a LI.
Turns out this route had the true end effect. It already brings up an important plot point
right at the start.  People's feeling are a strong form of energy, for a wish to come true
you need a strong will so it could make things possible even inthe face of despair.
What will you wish for if it could come true? what choices will you make because of it?
Unfortunately Dorothy gave me bad vibes right from his first chapter, I can't tell if this guy
is lying or telling the truth. I could smell the yandere right away unlike with most of the others.
This route also touched upon the demon legend and its involvement in the discrimination
of black haired people. Other than that the journey starts out normal, someone notices
the black haired people among them. When Yuhiru and Dorothy were having a talk in
their inn room the building gets set on fire later that night, good thing they weren't asleep yet.
They end up jumping through the window to get out... but they're fine
because apparently Dorothy can fly! he thought he could keep it hidden too.
Alas the cat's out of the bag now, their journey resumes and they all made it out safely.
Yuhiru remembers something he said, as to who he is, you could say he's a demon.
Well... if I take his deceptive yet teasing attitude in mind this checks out.
Dorothy asks her to keep his ability to fly a secret from the others though.
Yuhiru ends up trying to help some kid but she just ends up discriminated and separared
from Dorothy which almost gave him a heart attack so he came as quickly as he could
and he's glad she's okay. Ugh he's so sickenly sweet and overprotective. Dorothy thinks
she has a fever so he let's her rest in an inn, he doesn't mind if they'd take a day off.
Dorothy still sometimes bullies her a little, he can be scary during it
but he's actually really lonely and he misses being with someone a lot.
Lighthearted days filled with shenanigans continue a bit more, Dorothy
getting splashed with water randomly must be for teasing Yuhiru all the time.😂
Later that night they look at the starry skies and what he wishes for? that Yuhiru is alive and well.
Yuhiru does start to wonder why did she even end up in this land so she asks the most well
learned guy around and that's Dorothy of course but he just beats around the bush.
Archray randomly sneaks up on Yuhiru at the tavern, then mind controls her
so she goes into the forest and meets him. Some drunk guy ends up running his mouth
that the king's back in town and that a silver haired man told him that.
This rings alarm bells in Dorothy's head and goes to find Yuhiru who's gone off.
Archray isn't after her personally, he's after the other blackhaired one, Kaize.
Dorothy interjects just in time... but he's not strong enough and gets hit hard.
Due to not wanting Yuhiru to come to any harm, he tries again even Archray doesn't get
how Dorothy can stand. Seeing his plan failed, Archray flies of like a bat.
Dorothy concludes that Archray  isn't a demon but just a human who refused to die
and then what makes that any different from himself? they will definitely run into archray again
but he won't be easy to get rid of... if need be Dorothy will do something.
They end up fighting Archray but he ends up using his mind control on Claude and Noil...
there's also monsters roaming around so it got quite chaotic as they fight amongst themselves.
Dorothy tells Yuhiru to stay close to him as he defeats some of the monsters.
They draw attention to themselves to distract Archray from his puppetshow.
Dorothy had no chance but made his time, Archray wiped the floor with him
then Yuhiru bravely tries to avenge him which leads to Archray giving her a choice
which is to join up with him, of course we are not going to do that.
The situation looked pretty grim either way, Yuhiru knew she could die
but then Dorothy jumps into it and all she can do is wish he won't die. Due to her
strong feelings something happens, this opens up a portal and red snow starts to fall.
Archray recognizes it but Dorothy sees a chance and strikes Archray a lethal blow.
Now shit starts getting weird, apparently the Dorothy we know is not from this place
he's japanese, his name was Touto and was once summoned here with Yuhiru.
They too met a magician and he looks like Dorothy who was also the king of that land.
I immediately figured this Touto ended up possessing the Dorothy we know
for some reason I don't know YET. The world also looked a lot different then.
This Touto was apparently born with a weak constitution of the heart and was hospitalized.
He yearned to go to a place far away. Similar to Yuhiru but there reasons are different
for wishing the same thing. So that why they ended up in another world.
His parents were full of hope he'd get better but he knew better that it was a lie
in his eyes to make him feel better or themselves. He had no one, just biding his time in bed.
He was an unlucky person so he cursed himself and wished to go faraway.
But... that doesn't answer why Yuhiru was by herself and Dorothy now is different.
Anyways he doesn't consider himself a good person but Yuhiru is thankful for him being there
too  and they sort of travel the world like Yuhiru did with everyone in the beginning
looking for a way back. One day the king who looks like Dorothy overhears a conversation
between them in which the name Oz came up. They were trying to think of a name.
The two of them  are still searching for a way home but haven't found anything so far but
the king is very interested in what their home is like. Though they don't have time for it.
The king tried to give Yuhiru something like an emerald but she's a bit wary.
There don't seem to be any monsters around and they can travel in peace it seems.
I SPOKE TOO SOON as apparently a group of hounds is in the wild.
Yuhiru wishes to be saved and then out of nowhere a green portal appears.
They go into it and they return to where they started. Toutou then wonders
what the king said and that the stars have the power to grant wishes.
Toutou realizes that because of his wish he ended up here and then asks
Yuhiru and it was more or less the same for her. He then explains how it all works
strong feelings generate energy which can make wishes come true.
They then try to go back to where they come from and they did
but they couldn't find any signs of life its as if a disaster had striked them.
There was no way back for them. Back in the present he then asks if she knows
what demons really are. We already, know this the souls of people who have died.
Then he says that he is just like that, someone who already died.
Or rather he was murdered. Back to the past, Touto asked Yuhiru
if she'd like to stay here in this world with him, as long as his body lasts that is.
Unfortunately the king develops feelings for Yuhiru and can't take no for an answer.
He then finds out that she fancies Touto and ends up killing him.
With him out of the way he wants Yuhiru to become his. She rejects him and he can't take that.
Toutou ends up trying his hardest to protect Yuhiru much like in the battle with Archray and then
ends up murdering the king. Yuhiru holds Touto in her arms as he clings to his own life.
Because everything is fine as long as she's alive and well. Still Touto doesn't want to die.
For some reason the wish is so strong it brings back his soul and then decides to force
the king's soul out of his body and curses him for being the murderer he is.
Just then Touto's own body is giving out and ends up in the king's body.
Yuhiru ends up being afraid of Touto now... but he manages to convince her its him.
Sadly the king was immortal and while they ended up living, he long outlived her.
Long enough a legend was made and a kingdom build. Unfortunately black haired
people became discriminated due to a turn of events. He changed his name, hid his identity
and tried to live in that kingdom. There was a time they had all the time in the world
but it didn't last and she had to be put to sleep. She lost her memories, then he
hid the truth so she could life in peace. He wished for this... so it happened.
Dorothy then apologizes for everything and deceiving her.
Dorothy then informs her this infodump is over but in his defense it was over a 1000 years old
and its the only one so I will let it go. He says everything is over now and they will
have plenty of time to do whatever they want and set out to find the others.
Things return to normal and you'd think its about time to roll the credits but its still chapter 8!
Dorothy ends up giving her the shoes she was presented with in the past
and the two of them end up enjoying their life together. Like clockwork
Nenoh's about to throw fuel into the fire and stir the plot. He ends up finding
a moth flying around and the light goes out.💀💀💀 Anyway there's still
muchh work to be done, Kaize is being a piece of work too.
Yuhiru ends up remembering something Dorothy said, how he plucked her
from the boundary. Uh she found that stuff weird.  Anyways Archray is back through
Nenoh's as in he has possessed him but I don't think this is Archray, as it
doesn't use his name in this route just murdering demon king.
Dorothy shows up and Yuhiru decides to have faith in him to resolve this.
He seems victorious but Nenoh's or rather murdered demon king says to not
forget his everlasting hatred of being murdered. Dorothy says he is gone but his
lingering feelings are too strong it opens up a crack in the sky and red snow falls.
People start turning into monsters much like in Kaize's route either way
Dorothy decides to deal with and also tells Yuhiru he told her one big lie.
He hasn't brought her back from the boundary for 1000 years.
The day he died back then and was brought back... he found her struck with grief
over Touto's death. That portal changed colour from green to purple, and started
raining red snow. Yuhiru believed it to be her fault again because of her feelings
and then gets sucked into the portal, he tries to reach out to her.
Dorothy tells her to run before she is sucked into that portal but fails.
After that he ended up changing his name and hid his identity
and set out on a journey to save her from that place.
He's been searching for her ages but he couldn't find a chance at all...
he still wished to see her again, one day a miracle happened and he found her
next to the tower. He knew everything could repeat and someone had to be sacrificed.
If it where to happen once again then... he's really happy to have reunited with her
and to have had a short time of happiness but now its his time to bid her farewell.
This time it will be him to close the portal, he's now in the place Yuhiru
was for over a millennia and now he's there prepared to spend eternity here.
He doesn't want the same thing to happen again but it ends up happening in reverse, CLASSIC.
Yuhiru tells everyone to the others and she is prepared to search for Dorothy
she ends up remembering what it was like to be alone there and it wasn't fun.
Ending W: Of course she doesn't want him to be alone like that anymore so she decides
to wish to be with him once again which opened up a small crack
and searches for him in the boundary space hoping to find him there.
It took a while but eventually she finds Dorothy, he has been suffering the
almost the same way Yuhiru had, he's fine with it because he doesn't have long
anyway she convinces him and he finally says he loves her and they return together.
Dorothy gave up his demon form and returned as Touto. All's well that ends well
or is it? no they never returned instead they keep eachother company as they sleep
in the boundary space.💀 The W in this ending stood for white dream.
Ending I: Yuhiru goes after Dorothy much like in the other ending and it mostly identical
but Yuhiru tells him to cut the crap about as long as she's alive and happy since
it doesn't mean shit if he's not there. Dorothy thinks his self sacrifice
is good though I mean everyone else lives, just forget about me.😅
Yuhiru grabs him by the collar and says she's coming back cuz she wants to live with him.
Unfortunately it seems his mind is being torn apart by this place and its going out of control.
Dorothy figures out the only way to stop this is to atone and make a true wish
strong enough to make it out of there. To do that they need to both wish to get out of there.
He just wanted to be happy... and wait for another day to come. Doesn't have to be
for a thousand years or an eternity as long as he can see her when he opens his eyes.
He reaches out to Yuhiru and grabs her hand which makes his wish work.
They both pop back into the palace safe and sound, all's well that ends well
and they both go on another journey through the land. At night they take a break
to gaze up at the stars. There's a lot to be done but one thing at a time.
The I stood for infinite brick road.
 ---Dark---
I can smell the yandere from over here, anyways Yuhiru asks Archray to spare Dorothy
who then he uses his mind control on her and tells her to kill Dorothy. Yuhiru can't resist
and actually kills him. Archray says the second prince is his next target. Fortunately
Dorothy can't actually die so he sneaks up on Yuhiru and touches her cheek.
Whoosh..
He tells her to be quiet so Archray doesn't notice and then kills him.😔
Dorothy then tells him that he's immortal. Yuhiru is in shock, she is very much in shock.
He then tells her he has completely exterminated him and his soul is gone completely.
Unfortunately things aren't the same again and Yuhiru developed a trauma
from attempting to kill Dorothy, she can't even hold knife to eat anymore.
Things are mostly calm but Dorothy seems really overprotective of Yuhiru...
she still has nightmares of it and well Dorothy is getting worse by the scene.
Though he does tell her he's been alive for a long time and that he too had someone
that he misses a lot as well as the time spent with them, its his reason for being here.
Though it felt like he only told half of the truth here. Either way Dorothy
finds out she's been traumatized with the events with Archray and decides he can fix her
by making her relive the moment. Still he doesn't blame her as it wasn't her fault.
Why can't you be normal...?!
Anyway its the same shit as with Molly's dark side as Dorothy believes he's the only
one that can save her and just goes full yandere cuz it has to be him.
The others can't even attempt to care for Yuhiru for him to start feeling jealous
and starts having nightmares of their time together ending.
Yuhiru ends up piecing together some stuff so he has to spill the beans
that the next time red snow falls he will sacrifice himself.
Hearing this Yuhiru doesn't want him to leave her which only triggers his yandere side.
She also starts to recall their previous journey together and saw someone else with here
and that was Touto, its a memory where he doesn't want to die which triggers her own trauma.
Dorothy realizes he is conflicted in what he wants, does he want her to remember
or leave a lasting impression on her she won't ever forget?
They ended up with Nenohs on an expedition and he knew something was up
so he felt the need to pressure Yuhiru into saying what it was. In self defense
she ended up killing him as he got too close and Dorothy was held back by his knights.
Dorothy comforts her saying this time she was not at fault, he's his usual self now
but Yuhiru is deeply affected by what happened with Archray.
Dorothy realizes someone else has hold over her heart and he can't have that.
Its so bad that he thinks its fine if she has a trauma because of this.......
this made me remember that Theo guy from the Piofiore sequel.
Dorothy ends up telling Yuhiru that it was her, the person she used to be with
and wants her to remember but she remembers the king instead
and it is really fragmented, like his worst moment. She doesn't seem
to remember the black haired boy she traveled with. Dorothy doesn't
seem to be pleased with what she remembered. A crack opens in the sky
and it seems its that time again and he grabs her and takes her to the prison cells
but she's still remembering it all wrong so he starts confining her
then starts harming himself right infront of her. When she almost faints
he stops and then kisses her, there's no way he would kill her he just wants to be
the only thing in her mind. I thought Molly's dark side was awful but this was worse.
Ending S: Eventually they move elsewhere and Yuhiru has enough, she slowly walks towards him
and tells her she is really sorry for not remembering what he wants her to.
She's also sorry for hurting him back then but doing this won't make her remember more.
Dorothy finally starts to understand, he says he has just been wishing for her happiness
but then says it will be time for her to be released. Since the boundary space
wants a sacrifice and then a portal shows up, the only wish he has is to not forget him.
He's afraid to be alone for an eternity... but if she remembers he may be able to bear it.
She says she'll go together with him... and that is what he wanted to hear.
He grabs her and they both get sucked in... its like a more terrible version of of ending W.
Dorothy is only interested in her despair, this isn't what he originally wanted
more like whatever he wanted twisted into something horrifying.
The S in this ending stood for Shut out the world.
At Ending H there's not much difference he just continues what he was doing. UwU
He wants her to remember what happened when they first traveled this world
but she can't remember anything, whatever he is doing to get her to remember isn't helping.
They took their sweet time there's no reason to sacrifice himself anymore
cuz the only people around right now are the two of them.
She ends up fainting when he hears him say there's nowhere to run too and when she
wakes up she doesn't even recognize him anymore. Idk but this made me laugh.
Dorothy says all I did to leave an impression was erased? he freaks out
that she doesn't remember a single thing. Instead she then says that... she is Dorothy.
Or more like that is the only thing she even remembers. Suddenly he is relieved.
Then when she asks what his name is... he returns to his old name Touto.
And he tells her the story of the country they're in, he can guide her anew.💀
Oh the H stood for Helplessness happiness.
---
''The fact route was good but... I wasn't sure what this route was going to be about at all
had I done this route first or midway then... I think all the others would be lacking.
In all honestly this route should have been locked though...I thought it was SUS Dorothy's route
was available like this but its not like they go into everyone elses problems so its okay.
Unfortunately this route was also confusing and spends half of it in a flashback
that while I find the story bittersweet, it felt like chapter 8 was time to roll the credits.
Cuz it went on I was like this is nice but  nothing will happen right?! 💀💀💀
Ending W was lovely they had me in first half💀 still its kind of subjective whether its good.
The best end was the best thing that could've happened for the both of them
but its kind of sad most of the romance was in the  first 4 chapters before...
it turning into a massive info dump. It was needed but MAN.
Everything was basically their fault, The king becoming a demon triggering
red snow turning people into monsters, someone got sacrificed
and thus blackhaired people got discriminated because of it.
The romance felt a little off and it relies a lot on how much you like him at the start
there also weren't a whole lot of CG's in the later half and I think Dorothy's fact route
and to some extent Kaize as well would benefit from a FD the most.
The dark route kinda played out mostly like I expected but worse... I could smell
the yandere stench from chapter 1/2, in the end it felt kind of forced TBH.
If you don't do Dorothy's dark side nothing of value is lost.''
Route rating 7/10.
~

Fav character/route:
Noil > Kaize > Claude > Dorothy > Molly.
I like Molly just not as a LI, he's great as a support I figure its a combination
of his anticlimactic best end(route was fine) and his awful dark side
which makes him place last on the list. Dorothy is also great as support
but he had a much better route I just like other characters more.
Noil is obviouusly my best boy true to his last name, Kaize is also an easy favorite.

Ranking on how much the character needs theraphy:
Claude & Kaize > Noil >  Dorothy & Molly.
Basically all of them but this is based on the fact route so Molly ranks low
but he should still send in an application and I don't mean to be one.......
Dorothy maybe need some counciling or should adopt a pet instead to cope.

Final thoughts?!
Want a decent story with romance or do you want to watch a LI slowly lose themselves?
This is that one otome game that perfectly balances its more extreme content with
content you could find in any other otome game. On one hand it had a pretty solid story
and on the other you (if chosen to) watch the LI fall into darkness at the cost of everything else.
IDK what the writer was on but their pencil must've been on fire.
This game really can grab you by the collar ISTG. It didn't really overstay its welcome
nor did it infodump a lot, everything was mostly well paced but the dark side
could be a bit drawn out and after the 4th one I was a bit tired of them. I had to drag
myself through the 5th one and if I had skipped it i'd have missed nothing of value.😑
Needless to say everytime I switched routes I still looked forward to the fact route!
Sure not all of it was my cup of tea, the dark route wasn't really worth doing if you were
looking for a good outcome. Needless to say I loved the character relationships
and intense writing. Romance was built on trust which I thought was great
but I think they could have fleshed it out a bit more, maybe they're planning a FD?
Despite there being two dark sides that were a big yikes to me, the rest wasn't as bad
and overall the game was pretty well rounded. The fact side had atleast one ending
I could be satisfied with and I am grateful they all get a good end.
You can completely skip out on the darker stuff if you'd like.
Honestly when I looked at the staff of those who worked on this game
it made sense why I liked it and why I was reminded of rejet but the producer
is also one responsible for most of otomate hits. Oops they did it again!
I can't gaurantee everyone will like this game but if you liked stuff such as
Code:Realize and Virche it might be worth it and it does have volume to it as well.

This VN is absolutely for those that like unhinged stuff & yandere's but it doesn't
go off the deep end like Virche, I didn't think it was that depressing either.
I ended up doing the fact side first and ALL the characters are actually likeable.
Most side character  like Glinda are also fully fleshed out. I wasn't even here for the yandere
stuff but it was still enjoyable and entertaining even people like me could enjoy it
or atleast some of it. I am glad fact exists because some of the stuff that happened
in dark side legit scared me or just completely left a bad taste in my mouth, sorry Molly
and Dorothy but your dark side was not for me. Noil's dark side was quite tame in comparison
and it didn't ruin his character. Same for Claude and Kaize as well, it fit with the story.
You could say almost everything is awesome from the characters to the writing, art & music.
There may have been only one CG that wasn't that great it had a nice giraffe neck for context.
Maybe I am biased but there was very little wrong with this otome game
and the only thing that is wrong is that the guys have a few screws loose.
I did think at times the characters going yandere felt a bit forced, like Molly or Dorothy but
with Claude & Kaize I was still sort of yea that's possible. Its either done well or not at all.
I wonder why I like this otome game so much... but maybe it just has everything I like
such as suspense, likeable characters and interactions as well as a decent good end.
9/10
Maybe I just sat through a bunch of mediocre games recently and this easily
blew them all out of the water... yea that could be it. Of course again I can't gaurantee
everyone will like it as much as I did but to me this was pretty good.

What's next? I will probably take a break from otome games again.
I will keep an eye on UtaChro FD & Mononoke Chigiri... but that's all for now.

29-4-25 edit: fixed some typo's.
